At Humanrace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the refillable components are intact.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
